Level 1: The consoles
Which console is right for me?
Everyone together on one sofa? The RetroParlour Classic. A quiet hour to yourself? The Retro Gameboy. Trains, holidays and waiting rooms? The Retro Portable.
What’s in the box?
The RetroParlour Classic comes with the stick, two wireless controllers, a wireless receiver, an HDMI extension cable and a USB-C power cable. The handheld consoles come with the console and a USB-C power cable.
Will the RetroParlour Classic work on my telly?
It works with any TV with an HDMI port. Plug it in, choose that input on your remote and you’re ready to play.
Do I need Wi-Fi, an account or a subscription?
No. There are no logins, no downloads, no updates and no monthly fee. The games are already built in.
How many people can play?
The RetroParlour Classic comes with two wireless controllers, so two of you can play at once. The handheld consoles are made for playing on your own.
Does it save my progress?
Yes. Save where you are and pick it up later. Handy for the rematch.
Level 2: The games and licences
How many games are included?
The RetroParlour Classic comes with 20,134 games. The Retro Gameboy and The Retro Portable each come with more than 15,000. They’re all already built in.
Can I check if a game is included?
Yes. Email support@retroparlour.com before you order, tell us the game you’re looking for, and we’ll check it for you.
Are the games licensed?
Yes. Our supplier holds the licences for the games on our consoles. If you have any questions about licensing, email support@retroparlour.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Level 3: Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 10 to 12 days. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. More about delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free across the UK.
Is it a Christmas present?
Please allow the full 10 to 12 days for delivery, and order early if it needs to be under the tree.
Level 4: Returns and guarantee
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
If your console develops a fault within 2 years of delivery, email support@retroparlour.com and we’ll put it right with a repair or replacement. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days to return your order for free. How returns work.
