30 days to change your mind, with free returns
You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 30 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, receive it. Returning it is free.
How to return your order
- Email support@retroparlour.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number. You can also use our Cancellation Form.
- We’ll confirm your return and email you the returns address and instructions for sending it back free of charge.
- Send the product back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
- Keep your proof of postage. We recommend a tracked service.
Please don’t send anything back before you’ve heard from us.
Condition of your return
Please return your console with its controllers, cables and accessories, in its original packaging where possible. You’re welcome to check it works, as you would in a shop. We may reduce your refund if its value has dropped because it’s been handled more than that.
Return costs
Returns are free. You won’t pay any return costs, whether you’ve changed your mind or the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Refunds
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the product back, or of receiving proof that you’ve sent it, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Faulty or damaged products
Email us as soon as you can with your order number and clear photos. We’ll offer a repair, a replacement or a refund. Every console also comes with a 2-year warranty.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have at least 14 days to cancel. We’ve voluntarily extended this to 30 days. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty products also stay fully in place.

If something’s gone wrong, please email us first. If we can’t resolve it together, you can get free, impartial advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).
